In 2010, we launched a friendly walk challenge competition within the company to encourage our employees to get up from their desks and walk. Branch Manager (Producing) - Reno, NV

Requires minimum 10 years' residential mortgage origination experience, 5 years' retail mortgage sales/branch management leadership experience and must possess a valid driver's license in good standing with proof of vehicle insurance. The Compliance Officer is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation and monitoring of compliance programs to ensure compliance with internal policies as well as federal and state mortgage laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' mortgage banking/mortgage compliance, along with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field. Mortgage Loan Originator Assistant
The Mortgage Loan Originator Assistant (MLOA) is responsible for increasing the Mortgage Loan Originator's (MLO's) personal sales volume by providing clerical, loan processing and marketing assistance. Must have the ability to organize and prioritize tasks, meet ongoing deadlines, work independently yet follow direction provided by the MLO, as well as efficiently field e-mail and phone inquiries. Effective interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills and attention to detail is required. Strong customer service skills, professional demeanor and ability to accurately maintain a database is a must. Prior experience in a mortgage Set Up or Loan Processing role is required.
