We believe the health of our company starts with the health of our employees. So, we recently instituted a health initiative within our organization to encourage health and wellness. In 2010, we launched a friendly walk challenge competition within the company to encourage our employees to get up from their desks and walk. We believe the fresh air, along with the many health benefits of walking, has helped to form a stronger organization all around. Kaiser Permanente recently spotlighted us for our efforts to encourage health within our company. They produced a short video highlighting our wellness initiative, which was distributed on their broker website.
