Branch Manager (Producing) - Reno, NV & Vacaville, CA

Credit Enhancement Specialist

The VITEK Credit Enhancement Specialist is a service-oriented individual who provides specialized guidance in the area of credit repair. Responsibilities include responding to MLO requests for credit repair meetings with clients, assist clients with negotiating settlements on collection accounts, develop and deliver presentations regarding credit repair and other duties as assigned. Minimum of 3 years’ experience with credit counseling/repair. Recent mortgage experience is preferred. Must have the ability to efficiently navigate a Windows environment and a demonstrated numerical keyboarding speed of 45 wpm. Strong organizational and follow-up skills required, as well as demeanor that equitably contributes to a team effort. High school diploma or equivalency required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience. This is a Full-time position, based in our Sacramento office. Fully Credentialed Mortgage Underwriter

VITEK has a terrific opportunity for a Fully Credentialed Mortgage Underwriter to come join our team! The Fully Credentialed Mortgage Underwriter is a customer-centric, creative problem solver with an understanding of compliance; ability to make decisions within a framework while still applying a common-sense approach to underwriting. Must be committed to delivering world-class service levels and achieving production goals. Must have a strong understanding of full-scope mortgage operations, with a thorough knowledge of underwriting standards and guidelines; ability to work well with teammates in other areas of the organization and bridge gaps via pro-active and positive communication. Minimum 5 years residential mortgage underwriting experience. FHA/VA experience required – current DE required; SAR/LAPP, and VA required. FT position based in our Rancho Cordova, CA Home Office.


With minimum assistance, ensures all funding conditions are reviewed and accurately completed prior to dispersing warehouse funds on VITEK closed and signed loans.  Communicates with appropriate VITEK staff to ensure in-house final conditions are secured.  While working well under pressure with the highest degree of accuracy, successful candidates will have three years FHA/government experience in the funding/post-closing function in a mortgage banking environment, strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent analytical decision making skills.  The successful applicant will also have knowledge in general compliance and underwriting guidelines of specific mortgage industry investors and the ability to analyze collateral files for accuracy and meet daily deadlines.  Please forward your comprehensive resume directly to Human Resources at

Mortgage Loan Originator Assistant (MLOA)

The Mortgage Loan Originator Assistant (MLOA) is responsible for increasing the Mortgage Loan Originator’s (MLO) personal sales volume by providing clerical, loan processing and marketing assistance. Must have the ability to organize and prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, work independently following direction given by MLO, and effectively and efficiently answer email and phone calls. Effective interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills, and attention to detail required. Strong customer service skills required; professional demeanor a must; ability to maintain a database of information necessary; previous experience in the mortgage loan industry required. This is a FT position, based in Sacramento.

Network Administrator

The VITEK Network Administrator is responsible for assisting with the daily administration of a network/server environment.  Monitors Network performance and performs testing to provide a diagnosis of issues and assist with deployment of solutions.  Performs routine updates and maintenance tasks.  May be responsible for tracking  parts inventory and maintenance of documentation.  Emphasis is on learning the key aspects of the job and supporting the more senior administrators.  Reporting to the IT Manager, this support role will generally perform duties with limited complexity.  Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Computer Science and 2-3 years' related experience.  Network Administrator certification preferred. Post-Closing & Servicing Specialist

The VITEK Post Closing Specialist is expected to facilitate the purchase of closed loans by investors in a timely manner. Responsibilities include general day to day oversight of post-closing/servicing reports, ensuring that all collateral is shipped to the investors, auditing of exceptions, and performs quality control auditing on complex closed loans. Minimum of 1 year of recent mortgage industry experience in post-closing, closing, or processing is required.
