Denise Konigsfeld - Realty Division Manager
I started my mortgage career 24 years ago in the Sacramento region where I am still passionate to support the community of customers, realtors and builders I continue to serve every day. The focus throughout my career has been to surround myself with a company and a group of people whose mission is to create remarkable experiences for all involved. I believe in creating relationships that are based on integrity, communication, and teamwork.
I was a mortgage loan originator for the first 12 years of my career at National City Mortgage where I built a successful team dedicated to serving buyers and builders of new home communities. I then went on to be a sales manager and eventually a branch manager. In 2008, I moved to Bank of America to as a leader in their national sales force and then supporting customers modify their loans. In 2012, I joined the vibrant and dedicated loan team at VITEK Mortgage Group where I believe I best utilize my talents leading people and making a difference in our community.
Buying a home is still one of the most prideful and important decisions one can make, and I’ve always felt honored to be a part of this process with my customers. My mission will continue to be one of passion and purpose in serving my customers and community. On a personal note, I am happily married to my Cal Poly SLO sweetheart for 29 years and a mom to 3 wonderful children. We enjoy boating, Giants baseball and spending fun time with our extended families.
