Market Again Revolves Around Greece

Treasury prices are relatively flat this morning as the market holds onto last week’s impressive gains. The latest fear gripping the market once again revolves around Greece. Equity markets continue to selloff as Germany is rumored to be preparing for Greece to default. This week’s economic calendar gets off to a slow start as nothing is scheduled to be released today. The remainder of this week’s economic calendar is light with Wednesdays retail sales report highlighting the docket. Currently, the 10yr yield is at 1.911% (2.005% Friday) and the 2-10 yield spread is at 172 bps, Flatter by 10 bps since Friday morning.
