I have been a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator since 1991 and have a thorough knowledge of Conventional home financing, HomePath, FHA 203k Streamline Rehabilitation, CHF Platinum Program, VA, USDA, Reverse Mortgages as well as first-time homebuyer programs like CalHFA and FHA. I am a Sacramento resident of more than 20 years and I am active in the local community. I am also a member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors® Finance Committee and served as Affiliate Finance Chair for the Sacramento Association of Realtors® Board from 2003 – 2005.
