Where Truth in Lending Means Just That
I believe that the loan process is a hundred percent about you. You will have your loan for many years to come, and I work to provide you the best solution for your individual needs. To this end, I start every application with a discovery interview so I can establish the best way to meet your financial goals and objectives. With over fifteen years of lending experience, I understand the need to be available and the importance of prompt communication. I will always return a phone call and am available on weekends. In addition to my calls, I will provide you real-time loan status e-mails throughout your transaction so you will always know where we are at in the loan process.
With my extensive background in mortgage lending, you can be assured you are working with an expert. I have closed just about every type of home financing loan, including custom and new home construction, VA, FHA, CalVET, CalPERS, CalSTRS, conventional and CalHFA just to name a few. I have managed and trained real estate agents and mortgage loan originators, managed all aspects of subdivision financing, beta tested industry software and have won numerous awards for service and performance.
I am a third generation native of Sacramento. On any given day my home has a minimum of my wife, son, daughter and our Golden Retriever. Most days the kid count in our home is six to ten! I am active in my children’s school and currently serve as both a board member and coach of the Fair Oaks Dolphins Swim Team. My philosophy was quoted best by Albert Einstein, “A man’s value to the community depends primarily on how far his feelings, thoughts, and actions are directed towards promoting the good of his fellows.”
